Veterinary Guidance, Remotely
An online consultation is useful when you need informed guidance rather than hands-on treatment — understanding a symptom, reviewing a diet, discussing a follow-up, or deciding whether a visit is needed at all.
Suitable for
- General veterinary guidance
- History-taking before an in-person visit
- Follow-up discussion after a visit or procedure
- Non-emergency concerns and questions
- Basic health, diet and husbandry questions
- Existing-patient follow-up
- Inquiries from overseas owners about animals in Pakistan, where appropriate

Written summary
You get a short summary of what was discussed and what to watch for.
- An online consultation is not a substitute for a physical examination.
- We cannot guarantee a diagnosis, a treatment outcome, a prescription, or a cure remotely.
- Emergencies and serious conditions may require immediate in-person veterinary attention.
Questions owners ask
Will I get a diagnosis?
Not reliably. Many conditions can only be diagnosed by examining the animal, and often by testing. An online consultation gives you informed guidance and a clear recommendation on next steps.
Can you prescribe medication online?
We do not promise prescriptions remotely. Whether medication is appropriate depends on an examination and on the specific case.
What if it turns out to be an emergency?
We will say so immediately and direct you to in-person care as fast as possible.
Can overseas owners use this?
Yes, where the animal is in Pakistan and the case is suitable for remote guidance.
